1. Who we are
Noble (“we”, “us”) is an AI marketing agency. We decide how and why personal data collected through this website is used. For anything related to this policy, write to hello@noble-agency.co.
2. No tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, fingerprinting or any other tracking technology. We don’t measure visits, build profiles or share browsing data with anyone. Browsing the site leaves nothing behind except the technical server logs described below.
3. What data we handle
- What you send us — your name, email address, company and the content of your message when you email us or contact us through the site.
- Client portal data — if you have a client account: your login details, the project files and the messages exchanged with your team.
- Technical server logs — IP address, timestamp and requested page, kept briefly by the hosting infrastructure for security and troubleshooting. We don’t use them to identify visitors.
4. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver the work we agreed with you and run the client portal.
- To keep the website and the portal secure.
- To tell you about our services — only if you asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.
5. Cookies
The public site sets no cookies. The client area uses two strictly necessary cookies: one keeps you signed in for up to 30 days (it is removed when you sign out), the other remembers that you have read the welcome note. Dismissing the cookie notice is stored in your browser’s local storage. There are no analytics, preference or marketing cookies, so there is nothing to consent to or opt out of.
6. Who can see your data
We don’t sell or rent personal data. It is accessed only by the Noble team working on your request and by the infrastructure providers that host the website, the client portal and our email — they process it on our behalf and under contract, and cannot use it for their own purposes. Where a provider stores data outside your country, we rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we start working together.
- Client data: for the duration of the engagement, then as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
- Technical server logs: up to 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw any consent you gave. Email hello@noble-agency.co and we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
9. Security
Connections to the site and the portal are encrypted (HTTPS), access to client data is limited to the people working on your project, and we use reputable infrastructure providers. No system is completely secure; if a breach ever affects your data, we will let you know as the law requires.
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest revision; material changes will be announced on this page.
